2022 Starts at The Halide Project

I was honored to have Aline Smithson of Lenscratch jury this print into the Living Image exhibition at The Halide Project and to hang on the same walls with so many photography friends.

"Mom's Signature Color" is a fixed cyano-lumen printed on expired Kodak Ektalure paper. The image is part of an ongoing series called "I Used to Hate Pink" that pays tribute to my mom. I use the flowers from an orchid plant that belonged to her to make these prints. The orchid blooms once a year.

A great start to 2022!
